Shipping
Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via your account dashboard.

Important Notes
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

  • She Beauties is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot redirect packages once they've shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility Requirements
  • All sales are final. We accept returns only on items with a confirmed manufacturer defect. To be eligible, your claim must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The item contains a manufacturer defect (e.g., broken hardware, faulty stitching, or damaged packaging that compromises product integrity)

  • The defect is reported within 30 days of receipt

  • A written description and photo documentation of the defect are provided at the time of the claim

  • The item has not been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

  • Nipple covers, pasties, and adhesive bras (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during clearance events

How to Start a Return
  • Email us at info@siliconebra.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  • We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

  • Drop off your package at any USPS location.

  • Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit.
