Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via your account dashboard.

Important Notes
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

  • She Beauties is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs processing.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot redirect packages once they've shipped.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Window

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements
  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition — free of marks, scents, and pet hair

  • Tags attached and in original packaging

  • Hygienic liner intact (for applicable items)

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase

  • Nipple covers, pasties, and adhesive bras (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during clearance events

How to Start a Return
  • Email us at info@siliconebra.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  • We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

  • Drop off your package at any USPS location.

  • Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to process the credit.

Exchanges

We gladly accept size and color exchanges on eligible items. If your size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the full amount so you can shop when it restocks.

To request an exchange, follow the same steps as a return and note your preferred replacement size/color in your email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@siliconebra.net with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
